Last updated: February 24, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Docly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
Docly is free to use for everyone. You may download and use the App for any personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or remove any proprietary notices from it.
Use of the App
You agree to use Docly only for lawful purposes. Do not use the App to scan, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
Tips & In-App Purchases
Docly is free. Optional tips are available as in-app purchases to support the continued development of the App — they do not unlock any additional features. All transactions are processed by Apple and are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your scanned documents remain your property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App.
Apple's EULA
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence. You can review Apple's EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
